Deer eating the leaves of your young fruit trees or your hostas?  Here's maybe the most natural way to keep deer away: by urinating on the perimeter of your yard or around the particular tree or plant you want protected... How you get the urine there is up to you.  A spray bottle works or the male anatomy by cover of night is also very effective..

This natural deer reppelant has worked for us, so try it as your first resort.  We planted a new cherry tree in our yard in Muskoka, Ontario only to have ALL the leaves be eaten by deer! After urinating around the tree a few times, new leaves started growing back and the tree made it through its first summer (albeit with a few less leaves than we would have liked).

The trick about this repellant is to keep doing it especially after it rains.  This isn't a one time cure.
